Historical Load Data
To assist you in planning for your customers’ energy use, Detroit Edison’s Load Research group prepared Excel files displaying a year’s worth of historical hourly usage for each of the twelve Standard Load Profiles (SLP) used to support market settlement for Electric Choice customers who do not have interval meters. The data represent the average results for customers in the applicable SLP group for the time period presented. Detroit Edison does not warrant their applicability to your specific application and cautions potential users in this regard.
To simplify scaling the data to a customer, or group of customers, the data is presented in a standardized format where the value for each hour of the year is that hour’s percentage of the entire year. Each line in each of the files identifies the date, the hour, and the usage value (% of annual use) for the hour. The historical data presented runs from September 1, 2005 through August 31, 2006.
